Summer Lovin' Party

As you guys know, this weekend was the Summer Lovin' Reader Party.

So. Much. Fun.

I had a blast you guys! We started out on Thursday where myself along with Julie Prestsater, Bethany Lopez (and her kids), CJ Roberts, M.R. Joseph, Carlie Sexton, and Raine Miller got together to fill swag bags. Lots and lots of swag bags.

Lots of work and lots of fun, so we needed a night out afterward!

The limo was a blast, as was dinner and dancing (even though I don't dance, lol).

Friday was the official day. I'm telling you guys, this is such a fun way to do a signing. It was at a restaurant so on top of the signing, there was a DJ, dance floor, cash bar, and food. We spent the first couple hours signing books. It was a very relaxed setting and along with the signing, we knew we had hours to hang out afterward too. Readers were able to walk around, dance or sit at some of the tables and visit. Authors were able to mingle with the readers, dance and share laughs with them. I had so much fun and I'm already counting down until next year!

With CJ Roberts
at my table with Charade books and Facade swag!
The drink list. See "Adrian's Little Ghost" on there? It was my drink of the night.

Thanks to everyone who came out. I had a blast meeting so many FAB readers (Hi, Lindy and Ro!), online friends (Kimi!), and seeing author buddies again as well as meeting new ones. And I can't forget the bloggers. You guys were GREAT. Thanks for all your help.

Is it summer 2014 yet??

PS... I hope I didn't forget anyone and LOVED meeting each and every one of if you, even if I wasn't able to mention you by name in this post!
